How the system works
The Safety Management System integrates the CoR Policies and Procedures Package with a dynamic Auditing and Logistics Engine, positioning your operation as the definitive solution for HVNL compliance.
1. Subscribe to the SMS
Pick a tier and your tenant is provisioned with the full CoR Policies & Procedures library, kept in sync with NHVR legislation in real time.
2. Migrate your records
We migrate paper records, contractor details, and certifications into the digital system so your compliance evidence lives in one auditable place.
3. Run audits & logistics
Schedule internal or independent CoR Australia audits. Travel, accommodation, and per-diem logistics are quoted transparently from the Admin-managed pricing engine.
4. Receive the Master Audit Report
Every audit produces a fully branded Master Audit Report — traffic-light executive summary, HVNL legal citations, and Reasonably Practicable recommendations with live NCR tracking.
Beyond the platform: people on the ground
Software holds the evidence; people build the controls. Our consulting team helps you map transport activities, run gap analyses, write workable procedures and implement COR SMS across sites.
Independent audits then sample real records across governance, fatigue, mass, restraint, maintenance and contractors, and give you prioritised findings with clear closure evidence.

Site Traffic Management Plans
Build a traffic management plan for each site inside COR SMS: site profile, annotated yard maps and photos, guided risk prompts, rated actions with owners, review and sign-off, a PDF report and an optional driver brief shared by link or QR code.
The plan supports your risk management. It is prepared from your site information and does not by itself establish compliance with any law or standard.
TMP software and site services
TMP creator software is AUD $499 + GST per organisation per year, billed annually. TMP inclusion in a wider CORSMS subscription is by separate agreement, not automatically included by tier. Where your agreement already includes TMP access, no additional standalone subscription is required.
Self-managed site profiles, annotated maps, risk prompts, actions, review/sign-off, PDF reports and driver QR briefs. Consultant preparation and engineering are not included.
Consultant-led TMP site work is AUD $2,200 + GST per consultant day (up to 8 hours), subject to an agreed site scope and estimated days. Travel, accommodation, engineering and specialist traffic design are quoted separately. A day rate does not promise a completed plan in one day or include software access.
Site work requires an agreed scope, not online checkout. Already a CORSMS customer? Request TMP access under your existing agreement rather than buying a replacement subscription.
